- Cancellations of reservations must be made via e-mail and there is no charge if they are received at least 5 days prior to the arrival date; cancellations received within the five days prior to the arrival date the first night will be charged as cancelation fee.
- After check in, all the cancellations and amendments will be fully charged as a penalty/cancelation fee. No Shows will be charged for the whole of the stay reserved as a penalty/cancelation fee.
