Dîner Fleur is a gastronomic experience born from the daily inspiration of Executive Chef Cyril Devilliers. It is a unique proposal in which the Chef gives free rein to his creativity, depending on the day, the season and his mood.
This surprise trip consisting of a starter, a plate and a selection of cheeses ends with the famous dessert Flor de Chocolate created by our pastry chef Joaquim Sousa.
